  1. You look great! If you've gained any weight, I'm sure it's all muscle from the walking, & not an ounce of fat ;)

    And welcome home!

  3. Jilly Be, I'm not sure walking downhill and taking cabs uphill will work off flan and cheesecake and bagels and tortillas. shams, I had the best time ever-I'd like to go back for a whole season. and Sigrid, I agree with your comment ;-)

  4. Well, only if you want to!
Re your post on the dogs, well I agree; dogs are creatures of habit, just like us. So the Mexican dogs were obviously happy and comfortable with their degree of freedom and had learnt to adjust, and probably would be unhappy if some of their freedom was taken away by being leashed. In the case of your own dogs, they are comfortable with how you have brought them up. If you suddenly let them off the leash in the middle of town, they would maybe be not know how to cope!

  5. It's a vacation, you are supposed to eat lots of good food!! Sounds yummy.
If you do weigh yourself, don't stress out about a few pounds gained, you look great! :)

  7. I try not to weigh myself right after a vacation. I like to get back to my routine for about a week to work off the food. Occasionally i have lost weight like when i went to Thailand or to Europe where you walk constantly.

  8. Of course not! Weight is completely unrelated to our state of contentment or the enjoyment of a vacation! Enjoy your time, and eat, walk and be happy!
